MATTRESS

What type of bed frame should I use?

Deoketti mattresses are compatible with most bed frames and bases including box foundation, slatted base, adjustable base, and even on the floor. Bear in mind that the firmness might be different according to the base used (i.e. divan and floor base might feel firmer, the slatted base might feel softer). We suggest a solid flat surface.

Can I sleep on my mattress right after unboxing it?

We recommend allowing one hour for your mattress to expand before sleeping on it. After 24 hours, your mattress will have fully taken shape and will perform at its best!

Should I flip or rotate my mattress?

There’s no need to flip the mattress as the foam core has been designed to have a specific top and bottom. Always keep the zippered side down for optimal comfort. As with all mattresses, if you sleep alone on one side of the bed or have a meaningful weight differential with your mattress partner, then we do recommend rotating the bed 180 degrees every 6 months for maximum performance.

Can I unzip my Deoketti mattress cover and wash it?

Yes, you can do it with the Deoketti mattress! You can unzip your mattress cover from the bottom, then wash it with cold water (washing machine or by hand) and line dry it only.

What kind of sheets will fit my Deoketti mattress?

Any standard-size bed sheets will perfectly fit your new Deoketti mattress.

How firm is Deoketti mattress?

Deoketti mattress is plush yet highly supportive. We’d rate the Deoketti at a 6.5 on a 1-10 scale if 1 is a feather pillow and 10 is a cement floor. Deoketti is designed for perfect long-term support with true top layer comfort.

How is edge support on Deoketti?

We designed Deoketti to provide consistent and firm support edge to edge. Unlike some traditional spring mattresses that can sag or dip at the edge when you sit on it or even in the middle–wherever you consistently put a lot of weight — Deoketti’s amazing foam technology means that it always gives a consistent and perfect firmness, from the outer corners right up to the middle. It doesn’t matter even if you sleep right at the edge.

Will Deoketti smell or off-gas when opened?

Deoketti foams are of exceptional quality and off-gassing is usually very limited or non-existent. Should there be a faint smell of foam upon opening, this should dissipate quickly, and it’s simply the smell of the brand-new foam as it expands.

Can Deoketti Mattress be folded for transport?

We use large industrial machines to compress and pack our mattresses in a box to be shipped straight to your door. Once it has expanded, we do not advise folding it for travel as it wasn’t designed to be refolded in its decompressed state.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, online banking with major local banks (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline, Bank Islam, Affin Bank), PayPal, and Bank Transfers.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

This means you can try the pillow for a full 14 nights in your own home before deciding if you’re happy with your purchase. The trial period starts on the delivery or pick-up date of your pillow. Please note that an administration fee of RM35 per item will be charged for the shipping cost upon return for each Deoketti pillow. You can find out more details on our Terms & Conditions page.

We do not allow any exchanges on sizes and between mattresses.

There’s no need to keep the original box but please keep the plastic wrap. We use large industrial machines to compress and pack our mattresses, so they won’t go back into their original package.

We will refund your money after we have received the mattress back at one of our warehouses or associated charities. The refund will be placed on the card or account that you used to make the purchase.

Returned or used mattresses are never resold or re-sent to customers. Instead, we do our best to give away returned mattresses to local charities supporting the homeless and needy. Otherwise, they are sent for professional recycling or disposal.

  • Deoketti mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of delivery and collection. This warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the owner of the product.
  • This warranty covers the following:
  • Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including physical flaws in the mattress causing the foam materials to split or crack.
  • Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag of 50mm or larger when no weight is applied onto the mattress.
  • We want everyone to get the best sleep possible, and know it takes a few nights, washes, and naps to get a feel for the difference Deoketti mattress can make. With our risk-free trial and return policy, you can try Deoketti mattress in the comfort of your own home–pressure-free.
  • If you’ve been sleeping on another bed every night for the past few years, your body will need time to adjust to your new Deoketti mattress. We offer a 100-night trial so you can take note of how your sleep improves along the way.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take for my Deoketti mattress to arrive?

We deliver in 2-4 working days in Klang Valley, 4-6 working days outside Klang Valley, and 7-14 working days in East Malaysia.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

The delivery address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, it may be difficult for us to change the details, but do get in touch with us and we’ll see how we can help.

Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?

We can assist you to schedule the delivery date from our end. However, the delivery time frame is entirely subject to availability and scheduling by local transporters based on their delivery route. This is because the delivery is made by a third-party transporter.

Is shipping free in Malaysia?

Free shipping within West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak), shipping charges may vary depending on weight and package size.

Do you ship to East Malaysia?

We do but shipping charges may vary depending upon weight and package size. Please also note that we charge an RM300 logistics fee in case of return from East Malaysia.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?
